What is Glory League?

Basketball New Zealand has partnered with Glory League, a world first player engagement platform that allows players to relive and share their full game video, highlights and stats from all of their games. Glory League provides players and supporters with a unique post-game experience that includes:

- The ability for players to watch all of their games, review their highlights and share their moments
- Stats enriched content that includes a points highlight reel, shot chart and box score
- The ability for players to use their game video and highlights to share with prospective college scouts
- The ability for coaches and referees to also review and analyse all game footage, highlights and stats

How does Glory League work?

Every game is scored using the Glory League iPad scoring app. The iPad is manned by an individual on the scorebench, just like a normal scoresheet. The incredibly easy to learn app makes scoring more interactive, fun and simple. You'll be able to score your first game in minutes.

Every event in the game is captured and submitted with the final score. This what powers the player experience. What a game tips off, Glory League automatically starts recording the action. The 'virtual cameraman' allows the camera to move as though controlled by a person. Footage is then processed in the cloud before being made available to all players and supporters.

Glory League also provides associations with effective league management solutions. In an effort to improve efficiency, results from all of your league matches will be automatically sent to your League Managers inbox at conclusion of each nights play. Gone are the days of paper scoresheets.
